Planning Fee
We charge a USD 500 planning fee to get started. Designing a bespoke itinerary takes real time and care to get right, with live availability checks, supplier coordination, and day-by-day planning. The fee is fully credited toward your trip when you book with us, and is non-refundable is you choose not to.

Receive Your Tailored Itinerary
We’ll put together a detailed proposal based on everything we’ve discussed, with recommended lodges, experiences, and a clear breakdown of inclusions. Rather than a list of options, you’ll get our honest recommendation for the best possible trip, and the thinking behind every choice.

Refine the Details
Tell us what you love and what you’d like to adjust. We’ll rework it until every detail feels right.

Confirm Your Trip
Once you’re happy, we’ll confirm your trip. A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 60 days before departure (can vary during peak season).

Get Ready to Go
From packing tips to visa guidance and airport welcomes, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared, and we’re available throughout your trip for anything you need.
